Originally established as Stephens and Rankin Inc. in 1978 by Tom Rankin and Dave Stephens, the company underwent a transformation to become Rankin Construction. Since 1991, Tom Rankin has led the company as the sole proprietor, with Brian Rankin and Wendy (Rankin) Wing subsequently joining as shareholders and ascending to the roles of President and Executive Vice President/ Chief Financial Officer respectively.
